Downpipe mockup begins, space is at a premium.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

The 3" next to the frame rail is crushed into an oval to leave room for the motor mount and allow engine movement under load, everything has a max if 1/2" clearence.

I’m not a packaging  expert, but I heard that if you remove/relocate the Starbucks cup it gives more room for the turbo ...

Cool, I’m out of the loop on this one, I’ll start with two questions: what engine are  you putting into what sort of Lexus?

It was considered but not yet, the trans is somewhat pinched in the tunnel so movement should be minimal. Removing   exhaust manifolds will be an exercise in dropping the drivetrain now(it pretty much was before anyways )

The turbo angle on that first pic looks sketchy and I'd like to see more of how that second one is plumbed

We will see what prothane can take since these ones are probably original. If I get motivated moving the sway bar mount up an inch or so might happen, the cars lowered so it will take the place of droplinks.

If you can find a lower manifold for a supercharger jump on it, I think a few companies made them but they're  out of business now.
